Registration process

• Name approval: For registering a company, we should actually apply for a unique name for the company which is unique and has a trademark for self. The name should consist of 3 parts according to the norm of MCA as a unique name, platform of business and entity. It would take 5-7 to get approved.
•  Digital signature: As the documents are being held as online form, the signature should be digitally designed.
•  DIN number: DIN (Director Identification Number) is a unique number given to all directors to identify the director. It takes 3-4 days to generate a DIN number.
•  MOA and AOA: The Memorandum of Association and Article of Association should be submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to get scanned and approved for incorporation of the company.
•  Documentation: The documents like MOA, AOA and Proof of identity address are to be issued with SPICe+ form.

 Incorporation of company: The Certificate of Incorporation of company is the certificate for getting finalized approval for registration of company. The final step takes 3-5 days to complete.
